I’d never thought I’d say I’d be in the best shape of my life in my mid 30’s which is a feat within itself. I’m stronger and faster with a higher endurance threshold than I had playing basketball in college. Ive enjoyed dabbling in half marathons, Tough Mudders, partner & team CrossFit competitions, and did a Hyrox Doubles race with my husband this past year finishing in 1:07.

Coach
I’m a passionate coach and former collegiate athlete dedicated to helping clients get stronger, more confident, move better, and stay motivated. I blend athletic experience with smart coaching to guide clients toward their goals by meeting them where they’re at and guiding them toward long-term success in and out of the gym. Playing basketball and soccer growing up, followed by basketball at the collegiate level, initially shaped my own fitness journey with a foundation in discipline. This has then continued into my 30s, with finding sanctuary in the gym from a mental health perspective. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, my expertise is in creating routines that make sense for your lifestyle and finding joy in fitness again.
My turning point occurred following a diagnosis of severe depression and PTSD in 2019. My own worst enemy was myself. I sought out help and started therapy to gain better coping strategies and learn how to manage the diagnosis. I never wanted the diagnosis to define me, and fully immersed myself in the hard work to pull myself out of the dark place I got to. Finding myself in the gym followed and became a bigger part of that success than I ever could have imagined. I’m a firm believer in that, if you do hard things every single day and stack your wins, it makes the more difficult moments when you feel yourself slipping easier to manage. When people ask me “why” I do this every day, I do it because I GET TO.
I found my purpose working with individuals with disabilities and Autism, a calling I’ve followed for 15 years. That passion grew into coaching, where I love helping others push past limits, build confidence, and discover joy in movement. For me, coaching isn’t just about fitness—it’s about empowering people to become their strongest selves inside and out.
