Welcome to BLKOPS FITNESS, where we do all the thinking for you! Our workouts are structured based on the needs of our community, and they evolve throughout the year as our community progresses. We have athletes of all ages at different stages of their fitness journey.
The most essential factor is that we educate our athletes on how to move correctly and execute good technique. We also teach them to go off of "feel" rather than pressure themselves to push too hard or lift too heavy.
Our goal is to create a lifelong fitness program, and we push ourselves to constantly be learning and evolving to ensure our members are receiving the best product possible. From the cleanliness of our facility, to the kindness of our staff, to the systematic approach to our coaching, we do everything in our power to achieve that mission.
Our expertise lies in providing specialized fitness programs that cater to individuals seeking top-tier training and results, as well as our everyday athletes looking to "kickstart" their fitness journey and maintain a balanced lifestyle. Fitness should be fun, not a chore!

"Over a decade ago, I suffered from lower disc and hip injuries. The orthopedic specialist told me to never lift, run, or jump again – that my back was a lifetime issue. I was devastated, and a dark cloud of depression took over me. But then, I remembered, 'They don’t know who I am.'
I decided to take a different path. I created a fitness program that combined all my life experience, with core movements to rebuild my body the right way. I focused on lighter loads with the barbell to rebuild strength safely, and incorporated less risky movements that delivered the same great results.
Years later, this program has helped hundreds of athletes – because yes, you are designed to move, and you ARE an athlete – from all walks of life and experience levels to achieve their BEST VERSION of themselves.
