Katie Le brings over a decade of experience and passion to her role as a Yoga Coach at BlkOps Fitness. A former Division 1 collegiate cheerleader and team captain, Katie’s athletic background has shaped her approach to teaching yoga as a powerful tool for enhancing physical and mental well-being. She specializes in moving meditation, mobility, balance and stability, and breathwork, offering classes designed to ease tension, improve flexibility, and leave members feeling amazing.
Katie is dedicated to destigmatizing what it means to be a yogi, sharing how yoga can transform lives—just as it transformed hers. Since earning her teaching certification in 2019, she has guided hundreds of students of all levels, helping them discover new confidence and comfort in their own bodies. Her favorite moments in class are when members surprise themselves by saying, \"I didn’t know I could do that!\" or \"That was awesome, I really needed that.\"
Originally from Pittsburgh, Katie relocated with her husband to the area in 2022 and has become an integral part of the BlkOps Fitness community. Outside of class, she enjoys spending time with her pup, Riley, who shares her love of the gym. On Fridays, you’ll often find them together at open gym.
Katie’s mission is to complement the strength and intensity of CrossFit training with the mindfulness and balance of yoga, helping members achieve their goals while feeling supported, empowered, and inspired.
