All sessions are led by instructors who hold CrossFit Level 1 (CF-L1) 🏅and CrossFit Level 2 (CF-L2) 🏅credentials, meaning they’re trained in CrossFit methodology, movement fundamentals, and effective group programming.
What does a crossfit class entail?
- Warm-Up:
- Your coach will prep your body for the workout of the day!
- You'll elevate your heart rate and run through a series of mobility and activation drills for the day.
- Skill/Strength Work:
- Practice specific movements and/ or build strength in key areas under the watchful eyes of your coach!
- This includes weightlifting, gymnastics, and bodyweight movements.
- Workout of the Day:
- The high-intensity workout for the day
- These combine various functional movements such as lifting, running, jumping, rowing, and more.
- Every single workout is scalable to your current fitness & ability levels!
- Scaling & Modifications:
- Workouts are adjusted to fit your individual abilities!
- This guarantees a challenging but manageable workout for everyone.
- Cool Down & Stretching:
- Guided cool-downs to help with post-workout recovery.
- Coaching & Feedback:
- You'll receive Continuous guidance from coaches throughout the entire hour!
- Coaches will teach and reinforce technique throughout the class.
- Community Support:
- Work alongside others for a motivating, team-oriented environment that encourages growth and progress!
