Coach
Bekah Good is a passionate and accomplished coach who specializes in powerlifting and helping members build strength, confidence, and self-respect. With 12 years of training experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and authenticity to her coaching style, inspiring members to celebrate small wins and embrace their fitness journeys.
Bekah’s athletic career began as a swimmer and softball player, eventually leading her to collegiate softball. Her love for the weight room flourished in college under the guidance of a remarkable strength and conditioning coach. Bekah’s dedication earned her the title of Female S&C Athlete of the Year in 2020, along with records in the deadlift, squat, and bench press. Since joining BlkOps Fitness in 2022, she has continued to expand her expertise, winning her first powerlifting competition in 2024, where she placed 1st in her division.
As a coach, Bekah is deeply passionate about empowering members to move beyond societal criticism and self-doubt, helping them discover their unique strengths and celebrate progress. She believes that confidence and joy come from showing up for oneself consistently and authentically. Bekah finds immense joy in building meaningful relationships with BlkOps members and learning their individual stories and goals.
Bekah’s journey to coaching CrossFit began after four years of coaching collegiate softball, where she discovered her passion for guiding athletes in the weight room. She became a BlkOps coach in November 2024, following her involvement with the BlkOps Akademy and extensive shadowing of experienced coaches. Today, she continues to uplift and inspire the diverse community at BlkOps Fitness, sharing her expertise and passion for strength training with every class she leads.
