Sydney Reffner is a dedicated coach with over a decade of experience in functional fitness and a specialization in powerlifting movements and athlete-specific programming. A three-time All-State softball athlete and 1,000-point scorer in basketball during her high school career, Sydney continued her athletic journey playing softball at Shippensburg University. Her competitive spirit and love for sports have shaped her approach to coaching, where she combines a \"feel-good\" methodology with meaningful challenges that unlock her athletes' full potential.
Sydney is passionate about helping people make consistent, impactful strides toward bettering their lives. For her, every small step forward counts, and she is driven by seeing those changes ripple into her athletes' overall well-being. By fostering genuine relationships, she connects with athletes on a deeper level, encouraging them to embrace a mindset of resilience and growth both in and out of the gym. Her mission is to empower every individual she works with to feel capable and ready to tackle any challenge.
