At BlkOps, we don’t throw you into a group class and hope you figure it out. Every new member starts with our Foundations session—a one-on-one coaching experience designed to set you up for success from day one.
In this session, you’ll work directly with a coach to learn proper movement, build body awareness, and get comfortable with the foundational lifts and structure of our classes.
Whether you’re brand new to fitness or have years of experience, Foundations ensures you start strong, train safely, and feel confident stepping into any class.
